We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All returns are based on the principal that item can be resold as new.
To start a return, you can chat with us or mail us at support@pogocycles.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.Unfortunately we wont be able to pay for the return but we will be able to ship the new item free of cost

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.Please don't drive the scooter/bike if there are issues with it as we wont be able to accept returns of used items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Unfortunately gift cards cant be refunded.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus the initial shipping cost ,restocking fee and transaction charges. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please note that the manufacturer reserves the right of refund. If they find that product has been used , or not in the same condition as sent, they will refuse the refund
Cancellations
A fee of 20 euros or total transaction charges (which ever is higher) would be charged for cancellation. If the item is already shipped and package returned total shipping would be charged(depending on weight of goods)

2. Ti consigliamo di connettere il dispositivo all'app XOSS dopo averlo ricevuto per verificare se è il firmware più recente. In caso contrario, aggiornalo in tempo.
3. XOSS G/G+ NON supportano l'allenamento indoor. Utilizzare il cycling computer wireless in un luogo aperto e potrebbero essere necessari alcuni minuti per attivare il segnale GPS per la prima volta, attendere pazientemente.
Utilizzo dei suggerimenti:
1. Guida rapida:
①Rimani fermo e premi a lungo il pulsante destro per accendere il dispositivo.
②Premi il pulsante sinistro per cercare il GPS. Quando il GPS è pronto, l'icona GPS nell'angolo in alto a sinistra sarà fissa e verrà emesso un segnale acustico
2. Connessione del sensore (il supporto G+ e i sensori richiedono un acquisto aggiuntivo)
①Assicurati che il sensore si trovi entro 3 m dal computer e che il tuo computer da bicicletta dovrebbe rimanere a 10 m di distanza dai sensori degli altri ciclisti.
②Premere a lungo i pulsanti sinistro e destro contemporaneamente per accedere alla pagina di abbinamento. Il dispositivo cercherà automaticamente i sensori nelle vicinanze.
③Se desideri connettere il sensore di frequenza cardiaca, assicurati di indossare correttamente il sensore di frequenza cardiaca.
Se desideri connettere il sensore di velocità, imposta la circonferenza della ruota corretta nell'app XOSS o G+ prima di guidare
3. Impostazioni del ciclocomputer:
①Dopo essere entrati nella pagina di abbinamento del sensore, premere il pulsante destro per accedere alla pagina di impostazione
②Premi il pulsante sinistro per impostare il numero o l'opzione e premi il pulsante destro per cambiare pagina.
③Dopo aver terminato l'impostazione, premere a lungo il pulsante destro per uscire dalle pagine di impostazione.
④Puoi anche connettere G+ all'app XOSS per completare l'impostazione.
Great little bike. Easy to assemble. Rear mudguard came missing a screw on left side were it attaches to the bike frame. Mudguard rubbing off tyre now. Need a replacement mudguard screw sent out please.

After brexit most items come with 2 pin plug as UK stock can't be shipped to Ireland anymore . We try to send adapter but sometimes it doesn't come. We will reimburse upto 5 euros for the same.
