We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All returns are based on the principal that item can be resold as new.
To start a return, you can chat with us or mail us at support@pogocycles.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.Unfortunately we wont be able to pay for the return but we will be able to ship the new item free of cost

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.Please don't drive the scooter/bike if there are issues with it as we wont be able to accept returns of used items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Unfortunately gift cards cant be refunded.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus the initial shipping cost ,restocking fee and transaction charges. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please note that the manufacturer reserves the right of refund. If they find that product has been used , or not in the same condition as sent, they will refuse the refund
Cancellations
A fee of 30 euros or total transaction charges (which ever is higher) would be charged for cancellation. If the item is already shipped and package returned total shipping would be charged(depending on weight of goods)

After brexit most items come with 2 pin plug as UK stock can't be shipped to Ireland anymore . We try to send adapter but sometimes it doesn't come. We will reimburse upto 5 euros for the same.

Law:- Its completely legal to buy, sell and own an e-scooter in Ireland. At the moment, privately-owned electric scooters are illegal to use on the public highway in Ireland & the UK. However they can be ridden on private land.Check local country laws before purchase

Purchased through Bike to work scheme, generating online Invoice was easy & instant. Took 14 days from sending the Invoice to receiving the bike, delivered by FedEx from Poland in a box, about 85% assembled. Very well packaged, top condition, assembly was easy, watched a step by step video from Engwe.
Took longer to unwrap the bike and dispose of all the packaging than to assemble the few pieces. Tools came in the box as well.
Overall an effortless, pleasant experience buying from Pogocycles through the scheme, can't fault it. Very happy with the bike.
The bike functions well pedal assist is great battery is good but the wires are placed underneath the battery in a box that’s not waterproof. If the ground is wet or it’s raining it floods the wires and the bike stops working and takes days for it to dry and work again. You have to waterproof it yourself by sealing the box. Other than this bike works how it should

However, like other electric bikes, the EMotorad Toledo Folding Electric Bike is water-resistant rather than fully waterproof.
I enjoyed buying from Pogo and the VIPCOO VM6 was really nice, so far exceeded my expectations. But the tracking part wasn't all that good. Anyway, I bought another bike as well, so I would recommend them to others 👌
