I went to work and hit a pot hole on a back road broke the light and fell of it because the light bent and burned off the wheel everything else is fine but my light is now broke and the electrical panel is visible because the plastic film on the front light fell off
Hi Kyle,
Thanks for sharing your experience. Weโre sorry the light was damaged after hitting a pothole and that the panel film came off. Weโre glad everything else is fine, but understand this is frustrating. Please contact us at support@pogocycles.com for further assistance.

Sturdy and intuitive commuter bike with great charge and frame. Easy and few parts to assemble. Unfortunately missing country appropriate charging cable (2 pin only).
Hi Jana,
Thank you for your kind words! We're glad you enjoy the bike. Please note that all bikes come with a 2 pin plug after Brexit, as all the bikes are made for the EU and not the small population of Ireland. Happy riding!
