Battery Maintenance Tips:

1. Charge the battery once every three months if it's not in use for a long time. 

2. Remember to turn off the power after each ride.

3. When the battery is out of power, pay attention to charging it in time. Improper use may cause damage to the battery, which may result in the inability to provide after-sales service.

autonomy is not what it promises.

I was expecting at least 70km since it could reach 72km as shown in the manual, but it doesn't reach 50km. I spend 28km per day and every two days I have to recharge the bike itself, it's very good, good torque, very fast, but if you only use the accelerator, the battery drains quickly.

After brexit most items come with 2 pin plug as UK stock can't be shipped to Ireland anymore . We try to send adapter but sometimes it doesn't come. We will reimburse upto 5 euros for the same.

Law:- Its completely legal to buy, sell and own an e-scooter in Ireland. At the moment, privately-owned electric scooters are illegal to use on the public highway in Ireland & the UK. However they can be ridden on private land.Check local country laws before purchase
