Pleasantly surprised. It arrived in quick time. Excellent build quality. Easy to assemble. Noted the front forks needed tightening. Lovely looking bike. Family member used it and was impressed. A future customer. Taking it on its first long ride tomorrow.

Mixed bag

So let’s start by saying this bike was cheap and good for the price point it came at. Which means it’s alright, but not painless.

It’s basically the little things - the slide slides down if you go over bumps, one of the pedals was cracked from the trip over in the box so had to replace the pedals, the wiring was knocked a little loose too so make sure you get someone to service it once you assemble it to make sure the throttle is working properly. It’s also heavier than it looks so keep that in mind if you want to bring it up stairs, and the motor can struggle a bit on hills.

However- this is me nit picking. Cheap bikes are always a bit rattly and suffer from issues like this. So be prepared for that, but don’t let it discourage you too much. At the end of the day this will do you just fine for your morning work commute, and if you want to do longer or faster trips you should just shell out for a higher end bike.

Beautiful but heavy

The bike is beautiful, functional, but very heavy, negative points, it does not come with instructions for assembly, the key kit that came weak, I had to buy a kit to assemble, I paid a fast freight arrived practically from the date as if I had not paid, pedal came broken, crooked chain crown, I did not find the battery life sufficient for discriminated use, I use it to commute home and work, a matter of 15 min round trip, sad speed, a basic scooter beats it easily, battery lasted 2 days, the pedal that holds it upright if you're not careful it falls, I confess I found it strange too, not comfortable at all, I thought it would be a great bike for the price paid, it's not bad, but I idealized something much better and didn't expect all these complications. But in any case, it's a beautifully designed bike. I regret it.
